A Microsoft Exchange email attachment may not be visible after tapping "Download full message":

Tap "Download full message"
If you exit and return, attachment is not available.

 
This only occurs if you tap "Download full message" and exit the screen before the download completes. 

You may be unable to sign in to the iTunes Store using your AOL screen name on your iPhone or iPod touch. When this occurs, you may see a message stating that your user name or password was invalid or incorrect.

When drivers required by a PC’s USB interface are not installed correctly or are out of date, an iPhone or iPod connected to this computer may not be recognized properly.
One or more of the following may occur:

Device does not appear in iTunes
Device cannot be restored in iTunes
An exclamation point appears next to the device’s entry in Device Manager
iPod screen does not display "Do Not Disconnect" screen when connected to the computer (does not apply to iPhone and iPod touch)
iPod is not recognized as a disk in My Computer (does not apply to iPhone and iPod touch)

If you cannot receive or send email with a Gmail account set up on your iPhone or iPod touch, you may experience the following errors:

When checking for new mail, this error appears: "Cannot Get Mail. The connection to the server ‘imap.gmail.com’ failed."
When trying to send mail, this error appears: "Cannot Send Mail. The connection to the server ‘smtp.gmail.com’ failed."
If the account is removed and added again to the device, this error appears: "Could not connect using SSL. Would you like to try setting up the account without SSL?" Saying yes to this message repeatedly will result in a message saying "Cannot Get Mail. The connection to the server ‘imap.gmail.com’ failed."

Microsoft Entourage 2004 and Microsoft Entourage 2008 are Mac applications with which you can sync contacts and calendars with iPhone and iPod touch.
